Complete Utility Trailer Rack Kits

Do you want a ready to paint and assemble trailer roof top tent rack?  Our complete trailer racks make it easy for DIYers to add sturdy, ready to go racks to their Carry-on angle-iron utility trailers.

Trailer racks are built with our Dinoot rack corner brackets and 1.5” square tubing.  They come ready to paint and assemble.

Racks come with two crossbars spaced 42” apart. Height is measured from the deck to the top of the rack. Standard sizes are:

  • Carry-on 4’x5’ – 36” tall x 54” long
  • Carry-on 4’x6’ – 36” tall x 60” long
  • Carry-on 5’x8’ – 36” tall x 72” long
  • Carry-on 5’x8’ – 48” tall x 72” long.

Trailer Racks Include:

  • All necessary 1.5” square steel tubing cut to size with corner bracket holes drilled.
  • Eight Dinoot Rack Corner Brackets
  • Hardware for assembling rack and attaching to trailer.
  • End caps for tube ends.

Rack capacity is a combination of ensuring trailer stability and rack strength. Capacities below are for dynamic (in transit) load. When set up in camp, racks are designed to handle the weight of a roof top tent and occupants.

  • 36” tall – 200 lb. dynamic load
  • 48” tall – 150 lb. dynamic load
  • 48” tall racks can be shortened for dynamic loads over 150 lbs.

Notes:

  • Racks are built-to-order and crossbars are sized to measurements from your specific trailer. Because of this they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Rack components come bare steel which requires painting.
  • Racks attach to inside of trailers and require drilling 5/16” holes.
  • Normal rack lead time is 1-3 weeks.
